Next day delivery £7.49 (cut off time 11am) except Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. Delays by up to 2 days during Christmas week.
EXPRESS Delivery - Order by 11am
1-2 business day delivery £4.99 (cut off time 11am Mon-Fri) except Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. Delays by up to 2 days during Christmas week.
Standard Delivery Cut-off Time
£2.99 (delivery within 3-5 business days)
Monday-Friday cut off : 3:00pm
Saturday cut off : 11:00am
Sunday: processed on Monday
Bank Holidays and Public Holidays orders processed on the following working day. Delays by up to 2 days during Christmas week.
Delivery Costs
FREE standard delivery on all orders over £55. For any orders below £55 delivery costs £2.99.
For the rest of the world, delivery is FREE on orders over £80. For worldwide orders below £80 delivery is £20. Check your local customs for import duty.
Delivery FAQs
When will I receive my order?
For UK deliveries, order by 3:00pm from Monday to Friday, and by 11am Saturday for same day dispatch (3-5 working days).
We keep our stock levels high, so we can ship the vast majority of orders on the same day, Monday through Saturday.
What if I'm not home?
The courier company will keep you notified. Provide a valid email and phone number at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
To make sure you get everything in one simple delivery, we don't split orders and so we'll ship your order when all the products are ready for dispatch, most orders are dispatched on the same day.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to the UK or Ireland. For everywhere else in the world allow up to 12-24 working days. If you haven't received your order during this time, we recommend that you contact the courier company that will have sent you a confirmation email with tracking number, if you still need assistance you can contact our customer service team here.
What if I need a prescription for my lenses?
Place your order and select your desired prescription. Order one box per eye if you require different prescriptions.
UK next day delivery exceptions
There's a small number of postcodes where next day delivery is not available - and your order will take additional days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you live outside of the UK, your order will need to clear customs.
There may also be additional charges for Import Duties and local taxes, which are not our responsibility and therefore not included in our pricing. The delivery price for your order will be calculated and shown in your basket when you check out.
International delivery is FREE on all orders over £80 and for orders under £80 delivery is £20.
